the location was acceptable.
the service was really not good this time! check-in seemed disorganized, and the staff didn't acknowledge repeat guests at all. housekeeping forgot to leave an umbrella and iron in the room, i requested one and was told they would show me where to find it, but they couldn't locate it either. that's frustrating!

The room I was assigned was pretty dated. The communal areas looked like an old hospital. Breakfast was low quality with no real taste. I found it difficult to communicate with most of the staff. They did not speak and understand English very well.

The hotel provides complimentary hot drinks and water in the spacious reception area. These are available until 7 pm. Our room included a washing machine and a small kitchen, very useful for longer stays. Floor F has good facilities. These include a game room, a living room, and a massage chair.
The shower design seemed somewhat compact. It might be a little awkward for taller guests

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. It features treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. There is also a spa, it provides a quiet room for reading. The decoration is beautiful. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Both are maintained well.

The suite was spacious. Its size was similar to a one-bedroom flat and it featured contemporary furniture. The living room and bedroom had views of the golf course. This was particularly fine at night. A comfortable bed and pillows helped me have a good sleep.

Breakfast had a variety of choices. It included both international and Asian cuisine options. The restaurant had excellent service. The breakfast rooms were also superb, and the staff was very pleasant. A packed breakfast was provided. This was prepared for our early check-out.

the rooms are huge, very comfort. i booked the grand suite and was on a super high floor. each room include a washing machine plus a dryer and its great. i love the in house restaurant, it had very good cuisine.
workers was very close, so i did not have any privacy. its not expected when you book a suite.

cold watermissing amenities
the pool water was too cold for swimming it reminded me of an ice bath. no sunlight hit the pool area after mid-morning so it remained frigid. i think a heated pool should be standard especially for a hotel of this supposed caliber. also my room lacked basic amenities i had to request an iron and umbrella they weren't automatically provided as expected.
